Q4 2020 UK Android Performance of Top Dance Games

As the year 2020 wrapped up, dance game enthusiasts in the United Kingdom continued to engage with their favorite apps on Android. Sensor Tower's data gives us a glimpse into how the top 5 dance games performed during the fourth quarter.

Just Dance Now, published by Ubisoft Entertainment, showed a steady revenue in Q4, peaking at around $443K during the week of December 21. Downloads saw a significant rise, with the highest at approximately 1.2M in the last week of December, and weekly active users (WAU) also peaked at roughly 2.5M in the same period.

Another title from Coco Play By TabTale, Dance Clash: Ballet vs Hip Hop, experienced a revenue high of $48K in the final week of December. The game's downloads reached their zenith with over 2.3M during the week of December 28, and the WAU showed an increasing trend, ending the quarter with over 4K.

The same publisher's Ice Skating Ballerina Life had an interesting quarter with revenue recorded only in some weeks, the highest being $90K in late November. Its downloads surged to over 1.2M in the final week of December, while WAUs peaked at approximately 1.7M in the third week of December.

My Town: Dance School Fun Game from My Town Games Ltd, based in the UK, saw a varied revenue pattern with the highest at $24K in late November. Downloads for the app were steady, with a high of around 1.9M in late October, and WAUs fluctuated, ending the quarter at just over 800.

Lastly, JoJo Siwa - Live to Dance, despite not generating revenue in Q4, had a notable increase in downloads to over 1.6M in mid-December. This Coco Play By TabTale game also saw a rise in WAUs, concluding the quarter with over 4.3M.
